7. Research News Event and Analysis (1.5 hours)
Choose a contemporary news event and find and read 3 sources that offer different perspectives on the issue. Write an analysis of each text's agenda based on the handout I gave you. Agenda, purpose, rhetorical strategies.

2. Typed analysis of each text addressing each of the characteristics of an agenda.
